To be honest the price is fairly steep, I'd advise to wait for it to become cheaper. It's not possible to customise characters much at all, except for changing clothes and banner this is not enough! Customising power abilities is only possible with runes and while that's sort of acceptable, it's ultimately disappointing the skill trees feature was abandoned. Now that the 12-year wait for Diablo 3 is finally over, I was all ready for the fun to begin, but no, Blizzard requires players to be constantly connected to the internet during gameplay, and disconnections are bound to happen no matter what it's like I don't even own the game, even though I've paid for it.
